The church is part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), an evangelical denomination committed to the belief of “All of Jesus for All the World” and the Great Commission (Matthew. 28:18-20).
Founded in 1887, Pastor A. B. Simpson, the C&MA began as a small group of believers who were devoted to experiencing Jesus and making Him known to New York City’s marginalized dock workers. Simpson developed the core theology of the Alliance: The Fourfold Gospel—a summary of the depths of grace and love Jesus offers as our:

Healer (James 5:15)
Coming King (Acts 1:11)
